Device:
 - Samsung Galaxy S8 (Android 8.0.0);
 - Nexus 5 (Android 6.0.1)

Steps to reproduce:
 1. Open Fennec; 
 2. In the Top Sited tab scroll down to the bottom of the page;
 3. Tap on the Tabs Tray and open a New Tab;

Expected result:
 The newly opened tab is displayed from the top not with the last saved position of the last tab.

Actual result:
 The newly opened tab is opened to the same position as the previous tab.

[pre-triage] P3: afaik, this is existing behavior and I don't think it's that important.
