141272 - Paragraph drop down not immediately updating when deleting text

If you change the paragraph drop down to "Heading 1" type some text, and then
delete the text, the paragraph drop down will still show as "Heading 1" until
you type some text.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Composer
2. Choose "Heading 1" from the paragraph drop down
3. Type some text
4. Click on Edit - Select All, and hit the delete key

Actual results:
The paragraph drop down still says "Heading 1" until you type.

Expected results:
I would expect that the paragraph drop down reflect the actual text style to be
applied.

I am seeing this problem on the 04-30 1.0.0 branch, and 04-30 trunk builds.

I dont really own the code where the problem is (assuming my guess is right
about the problem), but I guess no one else owns it now either.

The days of having a half dozen milestones out in front of us to divide bugs 
between seem to be gone, though I dont know why.  Lumping everything together as 
far out as I can.  I'll pull back things that I am working on as I go.

WFM rv:1.8a2 Gecko/20040613 using 'Select All' in step 4. The <h1></h1> tags
will stay if I only select the typed text with the mouse.
