141696 - wrong context menu over imagemaps

When I bring up the right-button menu on an imagemap, I seem to be getting the
context menu that I would get over an HREF, rather than the one I would get over
an IMG-plus-HREF (the latter being what I expect.)

On the menu I'm getting, there's no way to say "View Image".

Likewise, if I bring up the menu over the image, but not over an AREA-ized part
of the image, I get the "not over any text" context menu.  I'd expect the image
menu there.

The four floorplan images are actually a single image with a map over it.

This is with Linux Mozilla 0.9.9.
