STR:

1) Browse to https://transparencyreport.google.com/https/overview on nightly
2) Look at second chart "Encryption by product at Google"
3) Observe that there are no lines on the chart

This renders ok in both release and beta, but nightly isn't showing it correctly. Tested on both macOS and Windows nightlies.

The site seems to have changed. At any rate all the charts have lines now.
