As part of bug 1419773 these can be removed. However doing so is blocked on: https://github.com/mozilla-services/pulseguardian/issues/39 https://github.com/mozilla-services/pulseguardian/issues/37

I've deleted the queue: queue/autolander/gaia-autolander-ci-prod ...though I can't delete the autoland / autolanddev pulse users due to bug 1434387.

I deleted autolanderdev and autolander.

..and autoland. I checked queues and exchanges for all of these. No queues, and the exchanges that existed had no bindings and no connections.
