When tab is dragged to new windows(site with videos only) two videos play

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:57.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/57.0 Build ID: 20180103231032 Steps to reproduce: 1. Play a Youtube video in a tab 2. Open video in another tab using "Open in a new tab"(Set the setting to not switch to new tab immediately) 3.Drag the current(first) tab to make it a windows Actual results: 2 videos play simultaneously and automatically Expected results: 2 videos should not been play simultaneously and automatically. Solution:Video in Primary windows(2nd tab) should have been paused

On principle, we don't prevent people from playing sound/videos from two sources simultaneously. Youtube could prevent this for their domain, though, if they wanted that; soundcloud.com for instance does this.

I think you didn't got me,I mean to say, When the 2nd tab is open is background, media doesn't play unit tab is clicked,so when drag to new tab,that feature is not partially working
Steps to reproduce: 1. Play a Youtube video in a tab 2. Open another video in another tab in background 3. Drag the current(first) tab to make it a windows Actual results: 2 videos play simultaneously and automatically Expected results: 2 videos should not been play simultaneously and automatically. Solution:Video in Primary windows(2nd tab) should have been paused "Don't play media until tab opened in background is clicked" is partially bugged

E.g. users may lay out their windows next to each other, at which point "primary window" becomes a rather meaningless distinction.
