Details

I have moved getLocalAddressNative from SSLSocket to SocketBase so that
SSLServerSocket can call the same code. But I want to leave the native method in
the C code to preserve binary compatibility of the DLL. Remove it in the next
version of JSS when we don't care about binary compatibility anymore.
