This is a meta bug to track the replacement of RTMO.

This has been in the works for a while - at least since 2017-Q3. It's taken a significant amount of research and 1:1 interviews to pin down the problems with the existing knowledge repo. However, we were able to agree on a suitable workflow during the experimentation summit (week of 2018-01-22).

Past Resources:
* RTMO Usability Review (2017-Q3) : https://docs.google.com/document/d/1-WVLKUhfB0YNidtzx7X9c4tlagwZ0fuvPsCP7eD3qa8/edit
* Analyst workflow is clunky: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1408430

Next action: Write up a design doc for the RTMO replacement. ETA, 2018-02-17.
Summary: [Meta] Replace RTMO → [Meta] Replace RTMO with Docere
Today I started a repository for RTMO's replacement [1]. I'm calling this project Docere for now. The README has a project description and a roadmap. Interested parties should take a look.

Docere now includes a basic index page. With travis-ci, we can now set up static sites that are automatically generated by docere. You can see a super simple example at http://docere-test.s3-website-us-east-1.amazonaws.com/ .

Once Bug 1439982 is closed, we'll have a static site hosted behind o-auth built from a private github repo of reports.
Depends on: 1439982
http://reports-dev.telemetry.mozilla.org/ is up and running. Future improvements to docere are being tracked in GitHub issues.
