From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.0rc2)
Gecko/20020510
BuildID: 2002051006

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.scroll down the page
2.follow a link
3.click the back button

Actual Results: The browser took me back to the top of the page

Expected Results: The browser should have returned to the previous spot. Going
to http://www.nando.net/, for example, clicking on a link then returning via the
back button returns the browser to the previous scrolled spot.

The url above has "cache control:no-store " flags set. Mozilla does not preserve
scrollbar positions or form values when no-store is set.
