Details

The filters are still being processed, and I can still edit them by selecting
the mailbox itself (rather than a folder in the mailbox) and clicking the
"Create message filters" link. I searched bugzilla for "message filters" but
didn't see this mentioned, and I found no mention of it in the release notes.
The filters (and search) menu item has been moved from Edit to the Tools menu.
