Table border colors and attributes do not work right in Navigator.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open composer page
2. Create Tables with Border colors and attributes
3. Publish the page


Actual Results:  The Table colors do not appear correctly in Navigator.  If 
there are bordercolorlight and bordercolordark attributes they are ignored by 
Navigator and a grey border is displayed.

Expected Results:  That bordercolor attributes would be shown in Navigator
