Build 1999092113M11: Win32/NT4, Linux/Redhat 6.0
(Mac: Can't check due to problem with viewing left pane, Bug# 14399)

Overview: In the Account Settings dialog double click onto an account, select
the Copy option. Note what is displayed automatically displayed in the "Place a
copy in:" dropdown.

Actual Results:
1. NT4: "rdf:http://home.netscape.com/NC-rdf#Name"
2. Linux: "News"
Note: After selecting the down arrow key I can see references to other accounts
but not the folders at this time.

Expected Results: By default the drop down should state `"Sent" on "Local
Folders"`.

Ok, I've just checked in the fix for this. We're going to use combo boxes for
PR1, not Choose Folders. It's easier for now than implementing a choose folder
combo box.

The combo box will just have the name of the folder, not "<foldername> on
<server>"
oh, and the problem with the "....#Name" label will go away when #14312 is
fixed.
Will we eventually have a Choose Folder later on? If so, we should open a new
bug to track that :-)
as it turns out, the spec wants us to do combo boxes now! (hurray!)
I guess jglick and I think alike.
great minds think alike :-)

Build 1999110108M11: Win32/NT4, Linux/Redhat 6.0, Mac 8.5.1
Verified Fixed because now the drop down combo boxes show a list of folders.
Note: I will log separate bugs for the combo box not displaying a down arrow key
on windows and "#Name" reference depending on bug# 14312.
