I can't send a letter to the editor at the following URL -
http://www.menshealth.com/cs2/editor.shtml

It works just fine with IE 5.5.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Surf to http://www.menshealth.com/cs2/editor.shtml

Click on the send message button - yes it will send empty messages along if you
so desire.

Actual Results:  The local squid cache spits out the followin message error:

The requested URL could not be retrieved

While trying to retrieve the URL: http://cgi-bin/formmail.pl

The following error was encountered:
Unable to determine IP address from host name for cgi-bin

The dnsserver returned:
Name Error: The domain name does not exist.

This means that:

The cache was not able to resolve the hostname presented in the URL. 
Check if the address is correct. 


Expected Results:  Should have sent the e-mail on down the line like IE did.

Reporter is right. Under IE 6.0 it works fine. Under Mozilla it does not find 
cgi-bin.

This line appears to be at issue:

Is this a valid relative URL?
