Details
The site has an small indexfile, but the really big data is in another frame. What happens is that the progressbar stops after loading the indexfile, and says "done" when it has more than 700Kb left to load...

Actually the entire UI frozen. This is a layout bug and happens in viewer as well watch the throbber after about 30 seconds after opening the page it will stop for about 30 seconds.

Vidur, before you have a cow because I assigned you this bug, here'w why. The page has a P tag with everything inside of that P tag. The current content sink only sends appended notifications to the body. Your content sink changes should fix it so we send notifications to the nested P tag and that will mean smaller chunks and more responsive UI

We do a better job with sink notifications, but the UI is still not very responsive. I'm going to reassign this to Troy, since we've discussed the need for additional work with respect to scrolling and UI responsiveness.

Seems okay with the latest build. I was able to scroll okay (page scrolling anyway) as well
