The pugnatious drag and drop icon used in Linux looks no where as good as the
one used in Windows. Mozilla should use its own drag and drop images as opposed
to using the os-specific ones since they are not realiable. 

If using standard drag and drop images, they can be modified based on
drag-and-drop content, etc.
