Details

There is no "Add" button on the sidebar as this test or the next 
(http://www.mozilla.org/quality/browser/front-
end/testcases/sidebar/unselectpanel.html)
suggests. 

I'm pretty sure this is a problem with the test doc, but that's your call :-)
will update testcases after rtm.
