Mozilla does not respond to the Ctrl+Shift+D shortcut for filing a bookmark.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Browse to some page.
2. Press Ctrl+Shift+D.

Actual Results:  The browser window loses focus but the dialog is not opened.

Expected Results:  "Add Bookmark" should have appeared as when choosing it using
the "Bookmarks" menu.
It seems it was just a conflict with an ICQ shortcut, Sorry.
