when i put the mouse on the site logo,
the whole page got longer and the logo goes down the page and the page layout
got very weird. (i'll add screenshot)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. enter the URL
2. put your mouse on the logo
3. watch the weird page layout

Actual Results:  the logo got duplicte and the page size got bigger.

Expected Results:  stay normal.

this thing only happned on the lastest nightly tranks, and i saw it only on this
site.
