14654 - Personal toolbar isn't personal or useful

In today's commercial opt bits, with a default sized window and the sidebar
opened, the first 5 of 7 visible items on the so-called Personal Toolbar are not
items that I want or can get rid of. Only 2 of the 11 bookmarks I want to see
there are displayed, whereas 4.6 will show all 11 even in a narrow window. I
consider this major loss of function, but I'll leave the severity as normal.

hey trudelle, I get te impression that the personal toolbar is doing okay today.
I believe all the grievances you mentioned have been dealt with. So can we
close this bug out?
