Details

Multiple bookmarks files (instead of just one bookmarks.html) would allow to
store the bookmarks on a per-project basis. See also related bugs 147531 and
147536, for specification of the bookmarks file location.
Bookmarks are independant per profile, as a single user can have multiple
profiles, and you can have catagories in the single bookmarks.html file.  Simply
use another profile.
