Implement "Add Link to Bookmarks" context menu.  This is a continuation of bug
145817 - Implement context menu normalization investigation.

Isn't this done? I see "Bookmark this link" in Chimera/20020619 when a link's
contextual menu is spawned.

looks fixed to me (chimera 0.3.0)- links have "bookmark this link" option in 
the context menu.
marking as "fixed", as it's in the context menu now... but it doesn't work with
6/27 bits --filed bug 154856 for that. (hope that's okay!)
