- every time we connect to the DB, let's log $PROGRAM_NAME
- also, if $dbh->bz_in_transaction when a new connection is being made, die.
Summary: Log database connection attempts and die if reconnection happens during a transaction → Handle DBIx::Connectors more appropriately
