Change the default URL loaded in `geckoview_example` on startup to `about:blank`.

Currently, the app loads about:blank, then autoloads www.mozilla.org website.  For the Nimbledroid pageload test, it needs to wait until the mozilla website is loaded, then the URL needs to be entered, which is extra 5-6 seconds on Moto G5.  

If the app, upon launch, unpacks geckoview and stays in about:blank, both the pageload and manual testing of geckoview would be much easier.  It may also prevent bug 1500559.
P1 because No-Jun and Vicky say this bug is important for testing geckoview_example on Nimbledroid.

My guess would be that the app will then simply load "about:blank" each time the activity is destroyed and recreated.
