Build: 06-11 1.0.0 Netscape branch build

By load the page http://babel/java/Growing/growing.html, the Japanese characters
in second Japanese growing test are displayed as square, even with OS locale set
to Japanese.

Replace those Japanese characters by English in page
http://babel/java/Growing/growing_aaa.html won't has the same problem.

Corrected the component. This does not happen in Mac 8.x build.

I can't load http://babel/java/Growing/growing.html,
but I see the same problem on the following applet with 2003082303/
Java 1.3.1/OS 10.2.6.
http://www.fumi23.com/chat/43.htm

If you make Japanese.lproj folder in Mozilla.app:Contents:Resources,
this problem doesn't occur.

BTW, Mozilla 1.3a Carbon build has 15 lproj folders in Resources folder,
but Mach-O build has only English.lproj.

Mass-closing bugs in the "OJI" component: OJI plugin integration was replaced with npruntime long ago, and these bugs appear to be irrelevant now. If there is in fact a real bug that remains, please file it new in the "Core" product, component "Plug-ins".
