If you print the a.m. URI, the black bars (which are tables with background
colour) will not be shown in teh printout. They are not visible in the
print-preview, too.

I tried with fritz-faxcard, HP 895cxi, ADOBE generic postscript-printer, all
with same bad result.

Printout works fine with NN4.73

Steps to reproduce:
1. goto a.m. URI
2. do "Print Preview"

Expected result: page should be shown more or less as the normal browser-view
Actual result: page looks similar to normal browser-view, but the
"black-bar-tables" are not visible.
