I use Netscape to track my investments. Everday I track them by copying data
from a display accessed thru v 4.75 build 20000815 and paste into Excel.

I noticed today that Mozilla v 1.0 had beem released, so I downloaded it and
decided to use it to check my investment. Normally, the data copied from
Netscape appears as vertical groups of five cells in one column spread occcupying
69 lines when pasted into the spsreadsheet. When I did the same in Mozilla build
2002052917, the data was condensed into 18 lines.

My suspicion is that Mozilla didn't capture the carriage returns, but capatured
the new paragraph marks. I just had this thought during as I was entering this
bug report. After your system gives me a bug report number, I will go back and
recapture the data as text and paste in into an addemdum to the bug report. If
adding an addemdum isn't possible, please email me and I will reply with a
message containing a screen dump as well as the text from what I saw.
Bob, it's entirely possible that Mozilla copies text differently than Netscape 4.x. However, that in
and of itself doesn't necessarily constitute a bug in Mozilla.

You're going to need to tell us what URL you're accessing, or provide the HTML source of the
page in question. Then, describe what you do, what you expect to occur, and what actually
occurs.
