The intermittent failure view shows only the classifications on trunk trees (central, autoland, inbound) by default. The IFV Bugzilla integration shows all occurrences and clicking on it opens the Trunk-only view which is confusing. E.g. for infrastructure related intermittent failures, the tree is mostly not relevant. For that reason, it makes sense to expose the classifications for all trees from my point of view.

Are you referring to the "Orange Factor" link to the bugdetails view from bugzilla (in the Details section section of an intermittent bug)?

Yes, I mean the link in Bugzilla to IFV. The stats displayed there can be different and believe I stumbled upon a bug which showed one classification on bugzilla and none on IFV and assumed that was because it was on mozilla-beta.

Ok, you'll need to file a bug under the "Extensions:OrangeFactor" component under the BMO product to change the query param to tree=all (see Bug 1453759 - this was filed for the original url change).
