152627 - No way to copy a message on Mac . Also no cursor indication for copy

I cannot copy a message within the same account when I drag and drop. I tried to
drag and drop a message with all keys(ctrl, command, alt). Nothing seems to copy
the message. Everything moves the message.  
This was fixed in the last release to work with the alt key. Since we bring up
the context menus with the control key. 


Just for reference we had two old bugs which was fixed for rtm:  87911, 88058.
Steps to repro:

Select a message in the thread pane
Hold any of the keys

I just want to verify that this is with drag and drop.  The menus still work, right?

use option. this works for me on the branch. not only can i copy messages, but i
get cursor feedback.

what's wrong here?

oops! Sorry about that. The alt option is working.  Marking this invalid. I was
trying to copy using command key I think.
