[RTL] text of float div rendered outside div.

In the URL the text that should be rendered under the image is instead rendered
to the left overlapping other text.

This appears to be the same bug as one that i have been having. The bug is where
a floating div is followed by a normal div (there are 3 floating divs making 3
columns of a website, followed by a footer div), and the footer div rendering is
pushed ontop of the floating divs, with the content of the footer div pushed to
the right, past the right most floating div.
This bug is no longer reproducible (probably fixed through Bug 131023 ?)
