Details

The last modified date on the main mozilla.org page always displays the current
date.  I have visited it for several consecutive days, and nothing seems to
change, but the last modified date just keeps going up.

In addition, clicking "Document History" confirms that nothing has changed.  It
appears that the last modified date is set instead to display the current date.

For example, it currently shows the last modification was June 20, yet displays
June 23.
