Could you please list the test matrix this has been put through? Have you
tested against old profiles, i.e., profiles created with Netscape 6.0, 6.1, 6.2,
7.0PR1? Have you toggled the sidebar between collapsed, hidden, visible etc.?
Has this been tested in the browser, mail, composer, and standalone IM? Thanks.

Patch looks good (and innocuous).
Samir Gehani,

Thanks for your comments!

Untill now, the test status is:

Test against old profile
Netscape 6.2.3 profile Passed
The other old profile NA lack of old profiles

Toggle scenario:
1.Toggle between collapsed and visible with mouse
2.Toggle between hidden and visible with F9 or menu
3.Toggle from collapsed to hidden with F9 or menu
4.Toggle from collapsed to hidden then between hidden and visible with F9 or menu
Test in browser with scenario 1 to 4 passed on Redhat Linux 7.2 and Solaris 8
Test in mailnews with scenario 1 to 4 passed on Redhat Linux 7.2 and Solaris 8
Test in addressbook with scenario 1 to 4 passed on Redhat Linux 7.2 and Solaris 8
Test in composer with scenario 1 to 4 passed on Redhat Linux 7.2 and Solaris 8
Test with standalone IM 1 passed, 2 to 4 passed with menu, F9 is captured by IM.
Passed on Solaris 8 (Chinese Simplified)

Since the patch does not change the treatment of profile, can we consider the
test as pass?
