UI polish:  hide extra separator in View | Show / Hide in stand along msg 
window.

the reason there is an extra seperator is that we are hiding the "Message Pane" 
menu item.  (the mailWindowOverlay.xul is shared between 3 pane and stand alone 
msg window.)

we just need to add an id for the separator, and then hide it when we hide the 
menu item in HideMenus() in messageWindow.js
In recent trunk builds the splitter is not there anymore. So somebody has fixed
this bug. Perhaps with a checkin for another bug. Who knows? ;-)
