- Win and linux: ok

Overview: Create an account (POP, IMAP or News) and when the Congratulations!
dialog appears it displays the labels but the data is gone. Interesting that the
account is actually created.

Expected Results: The Congratulations! dialog should display summary data (i.e.
pop server name, smtp server name, email address etc...)

I just verified (created IMAP, POP3, AOL, webmail & newsgroup accounts with
proper summary pages) that all this works fine after the Component registry is
deleted.

Another dup of bugscpe bug 17121. No way to directly mark it as dup. Marking it
as invalid. But it is really a dup of bugscape bug 17122.

In bugscape 17121 I'm asking if this is commercial only of if Mozilla suffers
from the same problem.
Since this one is in bugzilla, I'm still wondering. Can somebody verify with a
Mozilla branch build from today?
