You cannot paste text using CTRL-V when a menu (i.e. file menu) is down.

[Moreso, the behavior of not allowing keyboard shortcut menu operations while
another menu is open is consistent across other Windows applications.]
I guess its more of a problem that the menu doesn't close when you click
somewhere on the page. Most apps do, so you don't notice it.
Works in the most recent (yesterday) build for me on Windows NT.
