OK/Cancel buttons on dialog boxes quit working

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open an HTML formatted message
2. Copy a chunk of text to the clipboard
3. Compose a new message
4. Enter a valid To: address and a subject
5. Paste the text onto the message body.
6. Change the format to Plain Text (Options->Format->Plain Text Only)
7. Send the message

You will see the Confirm message box appear.

"The message you composed contains characters yadda yadda yadda"

Neither the OK nor the Cancel button do anything. You can't cancel by pressing
the Cancel button on the Sending Messages box either.

To close (and interestingly, to send the message) you have to bring the MailNews
window to the foreground and the click on the close button in the top right
corner of the main window! Do not try to use the File->Exit, as that will bring
up another warning (this time about messages being sent) which cannot be closed
either!

Actual Results: The message was sent, and it was formatted as plain text.

Expected Results: The OK button should have worked.

John Teller: I have not been able to get that confirmation window to even appear
in 1.3 or 1.4b. Is this bug still an issue for you?
I have figured out how to get the confirmation box. However, in both 1.3 Final
and 1.4RC1, the Cancel button returns to the message, the OK button sends the
message, and the close-dialog widget in the corner acts as Cancel does.

John Teller, I believe you sent me mail regarding this issue, but I've lost it.
I'm marking this bug WorksForMe; please mark this bug Verified if it is also
working for you.
