Please grant CVS access to webtools for bugreport@peshkin.net

Purpose is to commit own patches after review. Also, possible additional feature
development for Bugzilla on branches.

According to justdave, this should not require Super-Reviewer approval.

No provisions are in place to stop you from checking into Mozilla itself, but
please don't.  If you're caught checking in outside of mozilla/webtools without
going through the sr= process first, your access will be revoked.
Account activated.  Please send along a hard copy of the CVS form when you get a
chance.

Also, please limit your checkins to mozilla/webtools.  Thanks.
