Details

I was trying to browse a file listing in order to add a new security module. I
used the "browse..." option and navigated to find the correct file. However,
the file name that was shown in the dialog box was garbled. If I manually
specify the path of the intended file using classic Mac nomenclature (e.g.
"Macintoush HD:Documents:downloads:somefile") it works.

To reproduce:
go to "Mozilla -> Preference -> Privacy and Security -> Certificates -> Device
Manager -> Load".
now browse your file system and choose a file (it doesn't matter what file)
click "choose" button to select the file
Now observe that the file name displayed in the dialog box is gibberish and is
not a valid selection.
