15786 - Unable to create .nci after Browsing to write.exe

Tested on WinNT

Steps to reproduce:

1- launch CCK
2- create a configuration
3- proceed to the Customizing Internet Setup - Pop screen
4- Select the Browse button under Text Editor section
5- On Win NT4.0, browse to WinNT\System32\write.exe and hit OK
6- Select Create button next to the list of Pop files for Internet Setup
7- Enter Test.nci filename
8- Select Create button

Results:

Wordpad launches.  However, a dialog appears stating: "Wordpad -
C:\WinNT\system32\NCIFiles\test.nci Cannot find this file.  Please verify that
the correct path and file name are given." and then exits after selecting the OK
button.

If I just type the word "write" in the Text Editor text field, it works fine.

This has been fixed- give absolute paths in the ini files - get rid of relative
paths
