Details

If someone using NS4.x sends me an email with a file:// link and I click on it,
nothing happens. Current behaviour with the browser dictates that it should pop
up an information box.
This is spun off from bug 135830 which I'm turning into an enhancement request

Yes, a security error appears in the JS console.

It is not a dup of bug 135830
but it's a dupe of bug 84128
