Details

When using Mozilla with LC_ALL set to "sv_SE.ISO_8859-1" (Swedish), the date
format (in the inbox, in messages, etc.) is completely wrong. Mozilla uses
DD.MM.YYYY, when it should use ISO8601 compliant dates (YYYY-MM-DD).

(Using Mozilla 1.0.)
Oops. This isn't Mozilla's fault. It's just my system. ^^;;
