Details

An image that has a width of 300 pixels does not show up in the browser - this
has occured with .png, .gif, and .jpg images.  Setting the img tag width
parameter to anything other than 300 (or physically changing the image size)
causes the image to show.

Do you use bannerblind or something ?
Bannerblind was enabled.
