The "L" and "C" links within the build status table are not centered but are
left aligned.  Elements are properly centered in Communicator 4.x.
May be dupe of 1802

This is a typical row:
<tr align=center><td align=right>11:09</td><td>...</td> ... </tr>
There are no other align attributes but these two for each row.
