I've noticed this since I started reading materials offline: opening a new tab
causes Mozilla to reload the contents of the base window. In some cases the base
window reverts to the contents of the previous window viewed.
Mark, please provide the Build ID you're reporting this against, as well as steps to reproduce the 
problem.
