There are a few mac prefix headers that still contain old defines that have since been removed. The following prefix files can be removed completely: /intl/chardet/macbuild/chardetSharedPrefix.h /intl/chardet/macbuild/chardetSharedDebugPrefix.h /intl/lwbrk/macbuild/lwbrkSharedPrefix.h /intl/lwbrk/macbuild/lwbrkSharedDebugPrefix.h /intl/strres/macbuild/strresSharedPrefix.h /intl/strres/macbuild/strresSharedDebugPrefix.h /xpfe/browser/macbuild/mozBrowserPrefix.h /xpfe/browser/macbuild/mozBrowserPrefix_debug.h
