If you try to open the link Opinions under Documents you will not succeed (also
with NS 7.0 pr.1)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to the page http://www.esc.eu.int/pages/en/home.htm
2.click on Opinions
3.you do not go to opinions

Actual Results:  You stay there at the page http://www.esc.eu.int/pages/en/home.htm

Expected Results:  I would like to go to Opinions; it works with IE 6

The structure of the page has changed.
The problem has been fixed but there is another one:
there is a menu called "Headlines" that does not work either with Netscape 7.02
either with Mozilla 1.3.1
