Download the tarball. Looking at the docs its say there is a nss_build_all.
Well I can't find it
nss_build_all is a makefile target defined in the
makefile mozilla\security\nss\Makefile.  You need
to first change directory to mozilla\security\nss
and say 'gmake nss_build_all'.

Alternatively, you can simply download our binary
distributions.  They are at
ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/security/nss/releases/.
The latest release is NSS_3_4_2_RTM.
Marked WORKSFORME.  mozilla/security/nss/Makefile in
NSS 3.2.1 or newer has the 'nss_build_all' makefile
target.
