This is the unix part of section 3 and 4 of the "mozilla trunk" section of the
version string checklist; basically make the unix xpinstallers have the right
version string (might need to talk to syd, dprice or curt to find out what the
value should be)

this patch is replacing '1.1' with '1.2' (no reference to alpha/beta found)
