To repeat:
1. download
   ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/1999-10-12-17-M11/mozilla-win32.zip
2. start mozilla

Actual: Build ID presented in UI is "Build ID: 1999101216"
Expected: "Build ID: 1999101217"

Additional info:
apprunner 1999-10-08-10-M11 says 1999100808 in UI
apprunner 1999-10-04-15-M11 says 1999100409 in UI

I think this is a major issue since bug-reports reported against the wrong
build ID could result in all sorts of confusion and time wasted. For example,
1999101216 is a Mac build not Win32.

It's not a major issue. the build ID in the gui is not directly linked with the
datestamp in the directory the build is served from. Perhaps changing the
bug-writing guidelines should clarify that the build ID presented in the gui is
what should be used for identifying builds.
