Goto URL
Scroll the right frame.
Result:the image at the top of the frame gets partially scrolled, corrupting the
display.
I believe this is a regression, but I have not been able to find the bug.

Can't seem to reproduce issue using the OS X (2002-09-10-08) or OS 9
(2002-09-09-08) trunk builds. Reporter, please try with a newer release.

I have realized that this bug occurs only with Classic theme.
This might be related to bug 161365?

The problem persists in 2002122308 trunk for MacOS9.x, Classic theme.
I have noticed that some of the links in the test URL has been modified to
comment out the iframe tag. Therefore, you may not see this bug in such pages.
Also happens with Modern theme and trunk 2002122608 on Windows ME. See bug 133770.
