When the Personal Toolbar is closed by clicking the vertical bar at the left
hand side and using the Full Screen option, the PT is there twice when switching
back to normal screen operation. One PT is shown open, one is still closed. When
clicking the closed one it will disappear.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Show the PT
2. Close it by clicking the vertical bar
3. Press F11 for full screen
4. Press F11 for normal screen again



Expected Results:  
Show the PT closed as it was before Full Screen mode
Possible dupe.
I also encountered this bug.
